Nitin has over 22 years of extensive experience building strong brands, influencing sales and driving business growth for both Fortune 500 companies and emerging enterprises.
He founded Presence by Design in 1999 with a sole driving principle of "simplicity in innovation". The company has grown in size and offerings but continues to deliver on its founding values to transform complex ideas into simple and effective user experiences.
Starting out in the early years of world wide web in the mid 90's, he worked with clients like Microsoft, Phillips, Whirlpool and Sony to lead creative execution of product launch campaigns. He worked on the first generation of out-of-the box Intranet application with NetAcross in late 90's and then graduated to consult with Morgan Stanley as a creative director to establish their web presence from ground up. His extensive work with innovative start-ups like Spiderphone and InterWorld Corp in establishing their brand strategy and corporate identity while executing application development efforts is noteworthy in its own right. He then went on to work with CA Inc. (formerly Computer Associates) to help relaunch and revitalize a struggling brand and led user-interface design of many enterprise-class and consumer software applications.
He has helped large organizations like Ericsson, NetApp and LinkedIn rethink their sales onboarding and enablement programs and take focus off “more training” and bridging the gap between learning and behavior change. With deep category knowledge and indusrty experience, he has earned a seat at the table to advise organizations on employee engagement, process improvement and maximizing their return on investment.

Chris is a successful entrepreneur, leadership mentor, change agent, management executive and marketing communications strategist.
Throughout his career, Chris has helped establish and grow industry-leading brands, build high-performance executive teams and drive transformational change. Chris supports Board and CEOs with business plan strategies and optimization, identify gaps and opportunities, crystallize vision and values as well as lead strategic innovation and transformational efforts.
Previously, Chris founded Breakthrough Communications, a boutique marketing communications consultancy he later sold to PFS. Chris was also the Head of Communications for Lincoln Financial Distributors, the wholesale division of Lincoln Financial Group, a Fortune 500 firm. Earlier in his career, Chris was the Vice President of Marketing Communications for InterWorld Corp., where he helped the company go from zero to one of the top five enterprise commerce software providers within five years. He was also the first Partner with the esteemed Merritt Group in Northern, VA and began his career with Burson-Marsteller in NYC, the number one reputation management firm in the world at the time.
Chris is a current Board member of Crispy Green, the leading freeze-dried fruit snack company in the U.S., and an Advisory Marketing Executive for e-Drive Retro, which transforms classic cars of yesteryear into vintage electric vehicles of tomorrow. He is also a member of the AMA Executive Circle, Forbes Agency Council, a three time Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Big Apple Awards Judge and past President of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), NJ Chapter.

There are people who can paint with words, use them to tap into the right emotions and create meaningful dialog with the readers. Rumy is a master of this medium and has been leading the editorial and verbal identity practice at Presence by Design from its inception.
She also has a keen eye for design and uses her experience and expertise to bring the much needed harmony into visual and verbal design. Mindfulness is not just a principle she lives by, it is a visible ingredient in all of her work.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in Architecture, she pursued her passion to work in non-profit sector. Working with organizations like USAID, UNICEF and CASP, she worked at the grassroot levels on primary education enhancement, infrastructure resource management, training workshops for disadvantaged women and children and fundraising. She went on to pursue an MBA that took her field experience and enhanced it with understanding of business and economics.
She authored a children’s story on Architecture in collaboration with preschool program at a New Jersey school district and continues to pursue personal interests in professional photography and creative writing.

Aakreit has more than 10 years of experience working with prestigious brands at an international level. He has an impressive portfolio that ranges from advertising campaigns, UI/UX design, interactive and packaging design.
He is a motivated and accomplished creative professional who is always looking to explore new ideas and puts in the effort to refine his craft.
Starting out as Group Head of Digital at Digitas India, he created digital campaigns for brands like Samsung mobile, Airtel, and Nestle. He then went on to work at Leo Burnett in UAE as Interactive Art Director and worked on reputable accounts like GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Samsung, Nat Geo and Citibank. He took his experience and expertise to Havas Worldwide in UAE where he worked on interactive campaigns for brands like Bvlgari and Peugeot. Most recently, he was the creative head at John Jacobs where he led the launch of their digital brand.
His work has won many international awards including a Clio Sports award, Summit International Award, and Internationalist New York, to name a few.
